KW+A specialises in providing business development and marketing consulting services tailored to meet the needs of its clients. The company was founded in 1997 in Kingston, Jamaica with the primary mission of working with small businesses who could not afford large marketing departments. The company has since evolved to working with companies of all sizes.

Founder Karin Wilson Edmonds is a Marketing Strategist and Consultant who has worked in marketing for over 15 years with leading companies in Jamaica, the Caribbean and the United States, including Procter & Gamble, Nabisco Jamaica and Citibank. A past board member of the Jamaica Exporters Association, Ms. Wilson Edmonds has also taught International Marketing at the University of the West Indies Mona Campus in Jamaica. An accomplished freelance writer, Ms. Wilson Edmonds recently was one of the writers for the Emmy nominated children’s TV programme Hip Hop Harry which airs on Discovery Kids. Ms. Wilson Edmonds is an alumna of Dartmouth College and The Fletcher School and is fluent in English and Spanish.
